Employee State Insurance (ESI) is a scheme made by the Central Government to facilitate the employees with the benefits of medical, monetary and others. This Scheme is controlled by the ministry of labour and employment.
The company/Organization which has more than 10 employees and the salary of the employees upto 21,000 Rupees which includes basic salary, Dearness allowances and Insurance.
