All businesses operating either in proprietorship, Partnership or Company in India are required to file income tax return for their business each year as per the Income Tax Act. a business may also be required to file TDS return if applicable and also has to pay advance tax to stay compliant under the Income Tax Act. The filing should be done on or before due date to forgo the fine or penalties.
